About UGUMC Missions
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” — Mark 10:45
Here at UGUMC, we are a mission minded church. Our projects are determined by available resources (human, logistical, and financial). We believe that when you see a need, you should do your best to meet that need.
Our Mission Central page is your gateway to past and present mission activities. We’re also open to suggestions for future missions, so leave a comment, contact us through the chat feature on any of posts to this page, or fill out the connection card at the bottom of this page.
If you’re not able to participate in one of the group mission opportunities below, but still want to reach out to others, visit our Pray.Act.Give. page where you’ll find information on missions you can do as an individual.

Now, my faith goes beyond theology and religion and requires considerable work and effort. My faith demands — this is not optional — my faith demands that I do whatever I can, wherever I am, whenever I can, for as long as I can with whatever I have to try to make a difference.”
